Your membership will renew automatically each month until you choose to cancel it.
You can cancel your Monthly Membership Subscription at any time by using the Cancel button in your “My Account” page on our website. As soon as you express your intention to cancel this will cease any future monthly payments from being issued from you to us.
Once you have expressed your intention to cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of that current months’ subscription period. The subscription will then will not renew at the end of that period and you will no longer be a Monthly member after that point.
Whilst you can cancel your membership at any time, we cannot offer any refunds for the current subscription period, except in the circumstance that you have not streamed and viewed any online content included in your membership, and or downloaded any materials offered as part of the monthly membership within the first 14 days of the subscription period.
This is in line with UK legislation on the selling of digital goods and services, which states that the customer acknowledges that they waive their right to a refund within 14 days once they have begun using the service, i.e. streaming the services or downloading materials they are entitled to access as part of the agreement.
As this Agreement forms a monthly rolling Agreement between Thought Feeling Ltd and the client, we consider that the 14 day period will be active for the first 14 days of each subscription period which will automatically renew, until such a time as the client wishes to cancel their membership.
You consent to Thought Feeling Ltd using your personal information according to its Privacy Policy that can be found at this link:
